First Chair has selected certain private practice attorneys and corporate counsel to serve on our leadership committees.
Host Committee
The Host Committee is comprised of leading in-house counsel from private and publicly traded companies. Members of the Host Committee have been selected to build awareness in the in-house community about the First Chair Awards and First Chair Events and encourage the involvement of their peers and colleagues.
Nomination Committee
The Nomination Committee is comprised of attorneys from the country's top law firms who have been recognized by their peers as leaders in their area of practice. Members of the Nominating Committee have been selected to act as liaisons to the private practice community. The Nominating Committee conducts in-depth research of in-house lawyers and legal departments to identify those in-house counsel who excel in their roles.
